Requirements:

Age: Must be a child of orthodontic age (8-18 years of age)
Orthodontic Need: Patient must have a life altering esthetic or functional malocclusion (bite problem).
Financial Need: Family must show that treatment is otherwise out of financial reach. (i.e. loss of employment, familial financial hardship)
Merit: Patient must show extraordinary involvement and commitment (i.e academics, voluteerism, atheletics, student government, music)
Privacy: Family must be willing to contractually document their experience (social media, photographs, video, blog, testimonials)
