Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Nicole Pate, Treatment Coordinator
My name is Nicole and I’m the treatment coordinator. I have worked in the dental field since 2004. Prior to that I stayed home to raise our two sons, who continue to keep me busy. While I grew up in Huntington Beach, my family and I now live in Laguna Niguel. I love spending time with family and friends, our two dogs, and especially going to the beach and catching waves. I look forward to meeting you and am committed to making your experience at Iverson & Olsen Orthodontics exceptional!

Dee Ann Pope, Financial Coordinator
My name is Dee Ann. I have been a Medical Front Desk Administrator and Patient Service Representative for over four years and it is my pleasure to personally welcome you to Iverson & Olsen Orthodontics. I will gladly help you get the right financial arrangement specifically tailored to meet your needs. I live in beautiful San Juan Capistrano with my husband and Labrador Retriever. We enjoy going to classic car shows, motor sports racing, and just being together. I love being able to spend quality time each week with my two best friends, my Mom and Dad. My name is Maria. I am a Registered Dental Assistant and have been in the dental field for over 6 years. I soon found Orthodontics to be my passion; I love what I do and am fortunate to work with wonderful people. I have been married for over 8 years to the man of my dreams; we live in Ladera Ranch. In my spare time I enjoy walks, working out, spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, and especially shopping! Sheila Hannah, Chairside
My name is Sheila. I have been a dental Assistant for over 3 years now. I never realized how much fun work could be until I started working at Iverson & Olsen Orthodontics. Our team has so much fun together and I guarantee you will love it as much as I do. I currently reside in beautiful Laguna Beach and don’t think I’ll ever move. During my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family who are so important to me. I also love spending as much time as possible at the beach, and am currently taking up long boarding.
